These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Remote Care Centers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

Outbound phone call services
Virtual assistants
Email marketing and correspondence
Social media messaging and comment responses
Drive-thru box ordering systems
Website help center integration
CRM and CMS integration services
Toll-free number setup and management
Details of the specific services provided and any associated terms will be included in the individual Service Agreements with clients.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the delivery of services.
Granting Remote Care Centers authorized access to systems (CRM, CMS, phone lines, etc.), data, and tools required for service delivery, as detailed in the Service Agreement.
Ensuring that all content and data provided to us for the purpose of service delivery is compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws and privacy policies.
Maintaining your systems, including but not limited to internet access, equipment, and software, to facilitate the smooth delivery of services.
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. Depending on the service, we may have access to your CRM, CMS, phone line usage, social media sites, and other systems necessary for service delivery. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality and securing the data provided, and we comply with relevant legal obligations such as HIPAA for healthcare clients.
We understand the importance of confidentiality in client-business relationships. We will not disclose or share any sensitive or confidential information obtained during the course of providing services, except as required by law. All employees, contractors, and partners involved in service provision are required to sign non-disclosure agreements to safeguard client data.
We aim to provide uninterrupted and reliable services, but we cannot guarantee that the services will always be error-free or available without interruptions. Remote Care Centers is not liable for any issues or losses that may arise due to service interruptions, including those caused by technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events.
The fees for services will be outlined in the Service Agreement, and payment terms will vary depending on the specific services provided. All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Remote Care Centers reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment or breach of payment terms.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property you provide to Remote Care Centers in the course of using our services. However, Remote Care Centers retains ownership of all intellectual property created, developed, or provided by us, including but not limited to software, processes, tools, and documentation. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any intellectual property owned by Remote Care Centers without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. You may terminate the services at any time, but you will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up until the termination date. We may terminate services if we determine there has been a violation of these Terms, including non-compliance with payment terms or breach of confidentiality.
Remote Care Centers will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for services rendered in the three months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Remote Care Centers, its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, including any breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violations of applicable laws.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using our services, including data protection laws, intellectual property laws, and industry-specific regulations.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration, and the venue for arbitration will be Wyoming.
