Responsibilities
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities will include responding to social media messages and comments, monitoring engagement across various platforms, and maintaining an active, positive online presence for our clients. You will ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally, helping to build strong relationships and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
This role offers flexibility, as you will be able to work from anywhere, provided you have a quiet space to focus and the necessary equipment. Applicants are required to have a Windows or Mac computer, a stable Ethernet connection, and a headset to ensure smooth communication. Must be familiar with using CMS systems. Must be willing to work in your native tongue. To ensure we provide the best support, we are hiring native speakers to assist businesses in their respective countries. This approach helps ensure cultural nuances, language accuracy, and customer satisfaction are always upheld.
