Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include handling phone calls, responding to instant messages, and assisting customers with inquiries. You will help resolve customer issues and ensure that every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
This role offers flexibility, as you will be able to work from anywhere, provided you have a quiet space to focus and the necessary equipment. Applicants are required to have a Windows or Mac computer, a stable Ethernet connection, and a headset to ensure smooth communication. Must be familiar with using CMS systems. Must be willing to work in your native tongue. To ensure we provide the best support, we are hiring native speakers to assist businesses in their respective countries. This approach helps ensure cultural nuances, language accuracy, and customer satisfaction are always upheld.

What is our hiring process like?
