Responsibilities
As an IT Technician, your duties will include remote installations, troubleshooting, problem-solving, research, and development to resolve technical issues and support clients. You will assist in maintaining systems, networks, and software for businesses, ensuring smooth and secure operations. You will also be responsible for providing technical support through virtual meetings, including using platforms like Zoom, to assist clients with their IT needs.
Requirements
This role offers flexibility, as you will be able to work from anywhere, provided you have a quiet space to focus and the necessary equipment. Applicants are required to have a Windows or Mac computer, a stable Ethernet connection, and a headset to ensure smooth communication. Must be familiar with using CMS systems.
